Business Help at MIT

 

Business Support Services: Who We Are  

In March of 2004, the work of the Business Liaison Team was transitioned to other parts of IS&T. Based upon the experience of the past year, IS&T decided in February 2005 to concentrate most of the key staff with business support expertise within Client Support Services. This is a focused effort to provide complete and well-coordinated business support services under the umbrella of CSS to all members of the Administrative community.


How We Can Help  

The Help Desk will handle requests related to:

Calls should go to the Help Desk at 617-253-1101 (calls to Business Help (617-252-1177) will be automatically forwarded).
