Status:  First public release.

* Added Move action items to remove any really old versions of
KClient that were extensions named "Kerberos Client" which
conflicted with KClient 1.62.  Checks both the "Extensions" and
the "Extensions (disabled)" folders.

* Updated to use VISE 4.5r1 to build the installer.

* Installs MacZephyr 1.3b8, Read Mes, KClient, and Kerberos Client
Preferences configured for MIT.

* Attempts to remove any previous versions of KClient (by looking
for extensions whose names begin with "KClient").

* Kerberos 5 placeholders are in but does not install or offer
them as a custom installation option.
