This is to confrim our video-con on December 17 at 10:30 EST and 17:30 Maputo. It will be a three way conference-MIT,CIUEM-World Bank, and I have invited Jack Gisinger (I'm not sure about the last name), who will be heading up the Louis Berger team that will be doing the Structure plan for Pemba. He came to see me about the assignment and is intrigued by the community participation component of the contract. He apparently knows Shrimp amd I also gave him Anne's email as a Pemba resource person. I thought he would be intersted to join in and meet soem of the people on the Moz side.
