Just a thought from this weekend.  We should have a project to
investigate and develop/integrate software to support polls, surveys,
voting, delphi technique (anonymous collaborative writing), and other
ways of collecting information.

The underlying infrastructure to support such information collection
is not particularly difficult, and it makes sense to build it in
between the demands for such stuff.  That way when they ask, we'd have
it ready to run.
