I. MIT RACE RELATIONS FORUM: Th 10/3 Pangaea will co-sponsor with some other 
     groups.. details TBA (refer to forwarded email from Terrence Strader)

II. OCTOBER MOVIE NIGHT
   (A) Thursday 10/24 7pm
   (B) "Snow Falling on Cedars" (about a murder trial in post-WWII era)
   (C) JSU definitely co-sponsoring
   (D) DAPHNE will ask other groups if they want to co-sponsor (ATS, CSC, HKSS)
   (E) TERESA will reserve a room (4-231/7 or 6-120)

III. NOVEMBER MOVIE NIGHT
   (A) Thursday 11/14 7pm
   (B) "Fakin da Funk"
   (C) show in a dorm
   (D) JUMAANE will get BSU to cosponsor
   (E) TERESA will get KSA to cosponsor

IV. NEWSLETTER PROGRESS
   (A) DAPHNE will divide list among the following people: daphne, brittany, 
     cynthia, jumaane, teresa, katie, ike  (check previous minutes for which 
     groups are already accounted for)
   (B) we will contact all our groups and compile a tentative event schedule via 
     email 
   (C) we will ALSO ask each of our groups if they have musicians/music groups 
     who would like to perform at our first annual multicultural concert in 
     March

V. FIRST ANNUAL MULTICULTURAL CONCERT IN MARCH
   (A) tentatively try La Sala one Saturday in March (TERESA will ask CAC about 
     booking the venue)
   (B) we will all contact our assigned culture groups about interest
   (C) additional groups to contact include:
     -Gospel Choir (CYNTHIA)
     -Senegalese Drum Group (DAPHNE)
     -Korean Drum Group (TERESA)
     -A Capella--Toons or Logs or Chorollaries (TERESA)
