1. You could  apply the jumbo patches for 8.1.7(1.0) or 8.1.6(3.0)
by copying 8.1.X/stage.tar, untarring it anywhere on the local disk,
and running $ORACLE_HOME/bin/runInstaller. In 8.1.X dir there are README files
which give complete instructions

 2. You could just patch the listener by following the instructions in

 just-listner/rev/README.txt
