This sqlplus binary is from the oracle 7.2.3 distribution.
It seems to work with the encrypted ANO as evident by
the fact that it can connect to the warehouse.  

As of 9/4/98, the sqlplus version in the oracle 7.3.4
locker does not work with ANO.
