
a) dstool is a dynamical system solver. You can find the documentation,
   etc in the dstool directory, subdirectory doc. They are all in
   postcript.
   Source code there is compressed. If you want it, see the README file
   in dstool.
   I am not supporting this program, but you are free to use it.

b) xphased is a phase plane solver. Very esay to use. Needs no manual.
   just start it and you will see what to do.

c) MatLab contains scripts relevant to the course. Read their respective
   helps (i.e. from MatLab:  help script  will tell you what the script
   script.m does). In some subdirectories you will also find a file named
   readme.m ... then help readme will tell you what is in there. If you find
   any script named "demo.m" or similar, run it, these ones need no work on
   your part.

   This directory is "under construction". I will add things to it as I
   develop them.

d) Ignore the OldFiles directory. It's just junk from prior years.
