Copilot Remote Assistance
The Help Desk is testing Fog Creek Copilot, software that can let you share your computer screen with a helpdesk assistant. The ability to see what happens on your computer screen can make it easier to understand the issue you are describing.
If a Help Desk consultant has asked you to start a copilot session, you will be given an invitation code for your session.
