A locker named ecsel has been setup by Project Athena at mit.
Anyone with an MIT athena account can attach this locker and gain
access to files in it (if those files have global read access).
The following individuals have write access to this locker.
At the present time, it is not certain as to just how this will be
used, but presumably it can be used to make files comonnly available
to ecsel people (and those interested in ecsel).
If anyone feels that they need or want write access, please mail such
a request to ecsel-mit-request.
