Bio


Research Interests 

·               Wireless and mobile networks and systems (ad hoc, sensor, mesh, cellular, and personal area networks)

-         Cross layer design considerations

-         Energy Harvesting Active Networked Tags (EnHANTs)

-         Medium Access Control (MAC) and performance optimization of distributed protocols

-         Controlled mobility

-         Wireless-optical convergence (within the CIAN ERC)

-         Cognitive radio networks

·               Resilience of computer networks and the power grid to large scale attacks

·               Design, optimization, and performance evaluation of computer networks

·               Queueing Theory, Optimization, and their application to the design and performance evaluation of computer networks
