When we visited the Battleship (the USS Massachusetts - you'll have to ask Dave what it was doing in Perelandra, or what this "World War Vee" that ancient histories refer to is), we got to encounter a lot of strange technical things. Since we didn't know what they were, we named them all. A ravioli was an elevator (a transporter of the party to areas filled with regenerating guys with crossbows!) , and a blintz was a flamethrower. We were later chased by an eggroll (an amphibious assault vehicle) on our escape.
