Windsor

An olive skinned man with bright green eyes. His brown hair is brushed, but not quite in place, as if he'd been out in the wind recently. Even when he's standing still, there's a sort of energy about him, as if he might burst into a flurry of motion at any moment. If you meet him at a party, he can be quite charming, with a sly sense of humor and a quick laugh, but if you meet him while he's busy doing something else, he can be abrupt to the point of rudeness.
