Airport Shuttle
The MIT Graduate Student Council (GSC), in collaboration with the Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA), SANGAM, the Republic of China Student Association (ROCSA), and many of MIT's academic departments, is pleased to provide an airport shuttle service for new graduate students.

- Where does the shuttle pickup?
The shuttle picks up students from Boston's Logan Airport Terminal E, the International Arrivals Terminal. - Where does the shuttle drop students?
The shuttle drops students at MIT's graduate dorms: Ashdown, Eastgate, Edgerton, Green, Sidney-Pacific, Tang, NW30 (Warehouse), and Westgate. - What is the shuttle's schedule?
The shuttle will be available Sunday, Aug 19, 2007 to Sunday, Aug 26, 2007. It runs approximately every 2 hours from 2pm to 10pm on those days. - How can I find you once I'm at Terminal E?
We will have a banner and will be wearing MIT t-shirts. - What if my flight arrives at another terminal?
Take Logan's Airport Bus #11 to get to Terminal E. - What is the cost of the shuttle?
Nothing, its free! - Am I guaranteed a spot on the shuttle?
We will try our best to accommodate you on the shuttle you select, however, this may not be possible. You will receive an email after the signup deadline to confirm your shuttle time. - What is the deadline for signing up for the shuttle?

- How will I know that you received my application?
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as you submit the form. If you do not receive one within a few hours, contact gsc-webmaster[at]mit[dot]edu. - My flight changed after I submitted the application. What do I do?
If it is before the signup deadline, then resubmit the application and select the "correction" option. Otherwise, notify airportshuttle_chair[at]mit[dot]edu.
