The Graduate Student Council is responsible for planning, coordinating and carrying out the Institute's official Graduate Student Orientation.

Orientation is all about making sure that new students feel comfortable, familiar and welcome at MIT ("The Institute"). This can be a confusing place, in terms of the physical surroundings, policies and procedures, and especially US culture. Our orientation events are designed to help you adjust and meet new people.

If you have any questions about Orientation, please contact the chairs of the Orientation Committee.
