Fall 2004 Allocations, Deadlines and Appeals
The GSC Funding Board has completed the Initial Fall 2004 Allocations . Please note the following:
- Missing Information: no group will be reimbursed allocated money until all of their information is complete. This includes:
- ASA Recognition must be complete.
- Officer's mailing list must be in the database (e-mail information to gsc-treasurer[at]mit[dot]edu)
- GSC Representatives for departments and dormitories must be registered (e-mail gsc-vice-president[at]mit[dot]edu)
- Reminder of Reimbursement Requirements: you must do all of the following to get reimbursed.
- Have original, itemized receipts
- Use the GSC Logo (black or white background) in all your publicity
- Post your event using the MIT Events Calendar and include "GSC Funding Board" (NOT "Graduate Student Council") as a sponsor of the event
- Publicize across campus; all GSC sponsored events are open to all Graduate students.
- Submit the NEW Funding Board Reimbursement Form along with receipts, a copy of a posted flyer/e-mail, and a printoff of the events.mit.edu listing to the Student Activities Finance Office (W20-549).
