IAP/Spring 2006 Allocations, Deadlines and Appeals
The following are deadlines for IAP/Spring 2006. (December 15 to June 15):
- Applications Due: February 10th, 2006 at NOON
- Funding Board Meetings: February 22, 2006
Reimbursement Requirements: you must do all of the following to get reimbursed.
- Have original, itemized receipts
- Use the GSC Logo (black or white background) in all your publicity
- Post your event using the Events Calendar and include GSC Funding Board (NOT Graduate Student Council) as a co-sponsor of the event
- Publicize across campus; all GSC sponsored events are open to all Graduate students.
- Submit the Funding Board Reimbursement Form along with receipts, a copy of a posted flyer/e-mail, and a printoff of the events.mit.edu listing to the Student Activities Finance Office (W20-549).
