IAP/Spring 2007 Allocations, Deadlines and Appeals
The GSC Funding Board has opened applications for IAP/Spring 2007. The following are deadlines for this period (January - June).
Please note the new account balance requirement!
Round 1: January - February 2007
- Applications Due: 11:59pm December 13, 2006 [application]
- Funding Board Meetings: December 14, 2006 [schedule] [allocations]
- Reimbursements Due: 5:00pm March 16, 2007
Round 2: March - June 2007
- Applications Due: 11:59pm February 17, 2007 [application]
- Funding Board Meetings: Wed February 21, 2007 [schedule] [allocations] [medium event fund] [capitol only round]
- Reimbursements Due:
- Event date on or before June 8: Submit requests by June 15, 2007
- Event date June 9 - June 30: Submit requests between July 6 - 13, 2007
- Please avoid submissions: between June 16 - July 5 to allow a smoother fiscal year transition at the Student Activities Finance Office.
Reimbursement Requirements
You must do all of the following to get reimbursed.
- Have original, itemized receipts
- Use the GSC Logo (black or white background) in all your publicity
- Post your event using the Events Calendar and include GSC Funding Board (NOT Graduate Student Council) as a co-sponsor of the event. (View currently posted events)
- Publicize across campus; all GSC sponsored events are open to all Graduate students.
- Submit the Funding Board Reimbursement Form along with receipts, a copy of a posted flyer, and a printoff of the events.mit.edu listing to the Student Activities Finance Office (W20-549).
