Summer 2005 Allocations, Deadlines and Appeals

The following are deadlines for this period (June 15 to September 15):

Please note the following:

Missing Information: no group will be reimbursed allocated money until all of their information is complete. This includes:
1. ASA Recognition must be complete.
2. Officer's mailing list must be in the database (e-mail information to gsc-treasurer[at]mit[dot]edu)
3. GSC Representatives for departments and dormitories must be registered (e-mail gsc-vice-president[at]mit[dot]edu)
Reminder of Reimbursement Requirements: you must do all of the following to get reimbursed.
1. Have original, itemized receipts
2. Use the GSC Logo (black or white background) in all your publicity
3. Post your event using the MIT Events Calendar and include "GSC Funding Board" (NOT "Graduate Student Council") as a sponsor of the event
4. Publicize across campus; all GSC sponsored events are open to all Graduate students.
5. Submit the Funding Board Reimbursement Form along with receipts, a copy of a posted flyer/e-mail, and a printoff of the events.mit.edu listing to the Student Activities Finance Office (W20-549).

Movie Events: The GSC Funding Board has placed a moratorium on using funds for movie events unless a group can demonstrate that it has permission to show the movie(s). Groups will be informed once this moratorium is lifted.
