Summer/Fall 2006 Allocations, Deadlines and Appeals
The GSC Funding Board has opened applications for Summer/Fall 2006. The following are deadlines for this period (July - December):
Round 1: July - September
- Applications Due: June 4, 2006 at 11:59pm
- Funding Board Meetings: June 7-8, 2006
- Reimbursements Due: October 10, 2006
Round 2: October - December
- Applications Due: September 13, 2006 at 11:59pm
- Funding Board Meetings: September 17-18, 2006
- Reimbursements Due: December 22, 2006
Reimbursement Requirements
You must do all of the following to get reimbursed.
- Have original, itemized receipts
- Use the GSC Logo (black or white background) in all your publicity
- Post your event using the Events Calendar and include GSC Funding Board (NOT Graduate Student Council) as a co-sponsor of the event
- Publicize across campus; all GSC sponsored events are open to all Graduate students.
- Submit the Funding Board Reimbursement Form along with receipts, a copy of a posted flyer, and a printoff of the events.mit.edu listing to the Student Activities Finance Office (W20-549).
