Summer/Fall 2007 Allocations, Deadlines and Appeals
The GSC Funding Board has opened applications for IAP/Spring 2008. The following are deadlines for this period (December - June).
Please note the new account balance requirement!
Round 1: December 15, 2007 - February 29, 2008
- Applications Due: 11:59pm December 3, 2007 [Allocations]
- Funding Board Meetings: Cancelled due to snow storm. Email GSC Treasurer for questions, comments, concerns.
- Reimbursements Due: 5:00pm, March 7, 2008
Round 2: March 1 - June 13 2008
- Applications Due: 11:59pm February 24, 2008 [Allocations]
- Funding Board Meetings: Tuesday, February 26, 4:00pm - 9:00pm, GSC Office.
- Reimbursements Due: 5:00pm June 13, 2004
Reimbursement Requirements
You must do all of the following to get reimbursed.
- Have original, itemized receipts
- Use the GSC Logo (black or white background) in all your publicity
- Post your event using the Events Calendar and include GSC Funding Board (NOT Graduate Student Council) as a co-sponsor of the event. (View currently posted events)
- Publicize across campus; all GSC sponsored events are open to all Graduate students.
- Submit the Funding Board Reimbursement Form along with receipts, a copy of a posted flyer, and a printoff of the events.mit.edu listing to the Student Activities Finance Office (W20-549).
