Summer/Fall 2008 Allocations, Deadlines and Appeals

The GSC Funding Board has opened applications for Summer/Fall 2008. The following are deadlines for this period (July - December).

Round 1: July - September 2008

Reimbursement Requirements

You must do all of the following to get reimbursed.

  1. Have original, itemized receipts
  2. Use the GSC Logo (black or white background) in all your publicity
  3. Post your event using the Events Calendar and include GSC Funding Board (NOT Graduate Student Council) as a co-sponsor of the event. (View currently posted events)
  4. Publicize across campus; all GSC sponsored events are open to all Graduate students.
  5. Submit the Funding Board Reimbursement Form along with receipts, a copy of a posted flyer, and a printoff of the events.mit.edu listing to the Student Activities Finance Office (W20-549).
