Summer/Fall 2008 Allocations, Deadlines and Appeals
The GSC Funding Board has opened applications for Summer/Fall 2008. The following are deadlines for this period (July - December).
Please note the new account balance requirement!
Round 1: July - September 2008
- Applications Due: 11:59pm June 5, 2008
- Funding Board Meetings: Tuesday, June 9, 2008 [allocations]
- Reimbursements Due: TBD
Reimbursement Requirements
You must do all of the following to get reimbursed.
- Have original, itemized receipts
- Use the GSC Logo (black or white background) in all your publicity
- Post your event using the Events Calendar and include GSC Funding Board (NOT Graduate Student Council) as a co-sponsor of the event. (View currently posted events)
- Publicize across campus; all GSC sponsored events are open to all Graduate students.
- Submit the Funding Board Reimbursement Form along with receipts, a copy of a posted flyer, and a printoff of the events.mit.edu listing to the Student Activities Finance Office (W20-549).
