Submit a Proxy
GSC representatives are responsible for attending the General Council Meetings, held at 5:30pm on the first Wednesday of every month, usually in the GSC Office (Walker Memorial, room 220). If an alternate venue is to be used, the location will be sent out to the representatives and listed on the GSC Home Page.
If you are a representative and are unable to attend an upcoming General Council Meeting, you must submit a proxy to attend the meeting in your place. This proxy must:
- be able to vote in your place
- not be another voting member of the GSC
In general, it is preferable if your proxy is a member of your constituency.
