The GradRat comes with a large array of warranties to make sure your experience with the Official MIT Graduate Ring is the best possible:

• Warranted Craftsmanship - The rings are warranted to be free of defect in workmanship and material for the life of the ring.

• Warranted Fit - The ring will be resized at any time at no charge for the lifetime of the owner.

• Free Inspection and Cleaning - The ring will be cleaned and polished at no charge for its lifetime. If the ring is damanged, regardless of cause, it will be fixed or replaced at no charge for the lifetime of the purchaser.

• Change of customizations - If your graduation year, major, or degree changes after you place your order, the ring will be remade with the proper designations at no charge.

• Failure to graduate - If you fail to graduate, you may return the ring for a full refund.

• Ring Loss Protection Plan - The GradRat is automatically insured against loss or theft for a period of four years from the date of purchase (limited to one replacement). There is a $100 deductible for this plan.

Warranty Exclusions
Balfour warranties are not valid if work is performed on the ring by anyone other than a Balfour craftsman. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
