What we "review"
The release team does NOT micro-manage the activities of the various
teams. It provides a sanity check on the impacts of the various
activities, and insures against unintended consequences. It is expected
that many enhancements and bug fixes will be clearly demonstrable as
being of small enough scope to avoid explicit review by the release
team. Even without review, the team helps make sure that no matter how
small a change might be, that the proper people work together on it.
