Users of NT 4.0 should download Service Pack 3 for Windows NT 4.0 (http://www.microsoft.com/kb/softlib/mslfiles/NT4SP3_I.EXE).
 This update fixes the problem with print jobs not being detected by the Windows LPR Spooler
