Known items to be completed:

-  Upgrade installer to Wise 5.0
-  Upgrade orafetch.exe and orainst.ini to accomondate new
   iniftp.exe and dll.
-  Change install directory on net-dist and revise ini file
   to point to new directory structure.

Bug fixes:

-  Multiple path problems in autoexec bat file
-  Generate Windows95 version
-  Generate and/or test WindowsNT version

Documentation:

-  Generate install notes, minimum system requirements to 
   run SQL*Net, dependencies, and any know issues.
