LICENSE FOR EUDORA AT MIT Eudora is provided to MIT under a site license agreement with Qualcomm, Inc. You may use Eudora only if you are a faculty member, student, employee or consultant of MIT. All MIT faculty, students, employees and consultants who use Eudora under this license must comply with the following: You may install and use Eudora on any compatible PC or Macintosh computer at MIT. You may also install and use Eudora on any compatible PC or Macintosh computer owned by you but only for so long as you have a current affiliation with MIT. When you leave MIT, you must destroy all personal copies of Eudora and any personal copies of the Documentation that you have made. You may make hard or electronic copies of the Documentation for your own use. You may make copies of Eudora only to the extent necessary for the use described above. You must include all copyright notices and legends on any copy of Eudora that you make. Eudora is the confidential property of Qualcomm. You may not give or otherwise make Eudora or the documentation available to anyone outside of MIT. You may not alter, modify, adapt or create derivative works of Eudora. You may not decompile, reverse assemble or otherwise reduce any portion of Eudora to a human-readable form nor combine or merge any portion of Eudora with any other software.
