Version 0.9

This is the fourth public release of code for the Shibboleth project.

This releases moves the primary target to the SAML 1.1 specification,
which is nearing finalization. Support for 1.0 in a compatibility-mode
is provided.

Features and Changes

SAML 1.1 support.

Migrated to Apache XML Signature library, verification now works well,
some support for signing but this is a work in progress.
