Information access challenge in the networked campus This started out as a kind of informal brainstorming session, with people suggesting problems or questions related to each topic. They talked through about two of them, then just listed the headings as we ran out of time... a few phrases that stood out for me... "If you train them you know you'll lose them. But you still have to train them." (in regard to training and keeping IT professionals) "We have to develop a funding structure that scales" for Distance education "Can we continue to support the 'all you can eat' model?" in regard to student expectations for computing support "Year 2K is our asbestos problem"
