The Machine Room
You have stepped into a large, humming machine room. Ducts (square
ones, round ones, metal ones, plastic ones) criss-cross the entire
chamber, poking out of walls, turning once or twice, and disappearing
back into another wall. The air burns your nose with the faint odor
of sulfur.
A thin layer of whitish dust covers everything. You hope this room
isn't modeled on a place from the ancient days when asbestos was used
as an insulant.
On the far east side of the room, there appears to be a set of double
doors. You might also be able to climb the ductwork, though it looks
dangerous. To the west is a door that proves to be locked. Oops.
Climb up.
Go through the eastern doors.
