I have to leave for the evening, so it looks like we can't meet 
today.  

I don't think we're going to make much progress until the four of us get
together in a room and figure out what we're doing.  Any combination of
three is not sufficient -- all of us have to be there.

I will be here all day tomorrow (or rather, all afternoon and 
evening).  PLEASE send me mail when you can be here, so we can 
finally meet.
