 Hi.  Actually, I'm having a much better time out here than originally 
planned.  (The two-day meeting was condensed into a one-day meeting, 
and Lens isn't ready to be launched yet, due to some changes in the 
underlying mail system, so I've been having a wonderful time talking 
to people and hanging out in SF.  Ahhh...)

I'll see what I can do about the group dynamics when I get back.  (The 
problem is mostly time --- I've dealt with similar situations before but 
never with such short deadlines.)

Rob tells me he had a good talk with you -- he was quite impressed with 
your stuff.  I also told someone out here (an MIT student working at PARC)
for the summer who is working on a language for manipulating a 
knowledge base that does computer animation...  His name is Aaron 
Goodesman (sp?) and he might send you mail.

Good to hear from you...and hang in there.
