Subject: Argus and X11

There is now a new defenition in the Makefiles to take notice of. I have
defined X11_R2 for now because I am compiling with the R2 toolkit. If you
recompile in the src directories make sure that either you use the r2
toolkit or you remove the -DX11_R2 from COMP_FLAGS in the Makefile.

I do not know of a clean way to find out which version you have attach to
/mit/x but here are some hints.

If your running on a 6.2 release machine you have r3. You can
attach r2 by first detaching x11 and then attaching x11r2.

If you are running anything before a 6.2 release you have r2.

You can find out which workstation release your on by issuing the command

	'tail -1 /etc/versoin'

but I think we are all on 6.2 machines.

THIS defenition will go away when we no longer need the HP widgets.
Discussion at meeting.

I will have a release out today.

Telepression - n. The deep-seated guilt which stems from knowing
that you did not try hard enough to "look up the number on your
own" and instead put the burden on the directory assistant.
