The meeting is long after finals...June 7.  It's a question of 
graphic design of the screens, to make them look like they fit 
with SIGGRAPH and to begin user testing of them to make sure that 
ordinary people can understand and use them.  The basic design
and functionality won't change -- it's the final polish we need 
to work on.  

I scheduled the meeting after finals so everyone could come, and at a
time when we'll know the status of the conversion to Motif.  We're
pretty behind schedule in terms of user testing, so I don't want to
push it back any further.  I want to test it out in the Fish bowl 
as soon as possible.
