There seems to be a bug in the Parallax server that will
not allow me to create a pixmap as large as the root window.
Without being able to do this I cannot dither the Pygmalion
screen into an X11 bitmap file. Without this file
we cannot use our scheme of redefining the root window to
look like Pygmalion and the run Muse on top.

However, we still can get Pygmalion up on the Visual workstation
do an XWD dump of the root window. Then do an XWUD
and run muse on top of that. This takes more memory that the bitmap scheme,
and redisplay takes longer, but it should still work.

If the redisplay is really too slow, we can edit it out....
