Hi Brian, I've been spending most of the day trying to understand what the Xplx
server does for save unders/pixmaps/backing storage.  I'd like to take a stab at
debugging the server problem you've encountered.  In the end I may need
to get help from Kubi, since I'm a bit new at Athena and Xplx.

I guess I'd like to start by seeing the problem first hand, if you have time to
show me, then why don't you just stop by (I'm sharing an office with
Ralph Swick), otherwise maybe you could describe how I might run the
program you used to cause the problem.

As a side, you said this problem used to exist a while back.  Is it a
problem that Russ fixed in his version of the Xplx code?  It might save
us a lot of time to simply apply a fix that Russ has already discovered.
