I thought that the Inventions and Proprietary Information agreement was
quite fair and had no reservation in signing it once I had read it
through.  It was a far cry better than the last one.  I agree with Matt
that springing it on us at the last moment -- "sign or don't get your
RA" -- was poor administration (to say the least).  A few days to look
it over would have been considerate.
