Subject: rulebrowser

Because the AlPop function(s) have been changed, the working rulebrowser
which invoked the old version of AlPop stuff died when it tries to
invoke the menu pop-up during a "quit". The changes Rich had to make
to AlPop were not upward compatible, so there was no way to
avoid this.
to remedy this, I have placed my current work-copy of the rulebrowser
into working source directory. (I'm not too at easy in doing this,
since the Move Rule functionality (the hand icon) isn't completely
coded, yet...and I haven't run a thorough test on this version
of the rulebrowser.) But placing this version of the rulebrowser into working
src was necessary.
I'm "pretty-confident" that the rulebrowser works without bugs
in everything except the hand icon. But the hand icon is definately
"Under construction". So, you might want to avoid it until I get a chance to finish it.
(It won't hurt you if you try it, by it probably won't do the right thing, either.)
Also, in this version, the pop-up menu now uses the left button only
(good news), but uses a mouse dragging to select (ok news).
