I got back from Colorado and am frantically trying to get you a user 
guide.  Some things to  do:

1.  Please send me a list of the directories that are supposed to be in 
the release.  I noticed that there are no sample rulesets -- we really 
need to have these.  I can't make any out here to test and none of 
my old rules work, so you two need to create them. 

2.  I took a quick look at the Installation Procedures -- good work.  Lots 
 of typos and mispellings though -- can you fix that?  I would, 
but it's incredibly hard for me to get and copy files out here, and very 
slow to edit (I have a LISP -based editor and no Emacs/scribe and 
the formats are different, so quick changes take forever.)

How is it otherwise?
