     The rulebrowser is fully operational (including the hand icon button
being able to move the rule around).
     I've just moved the final versions in working/src directory,and checked 
them in (for the last time, I imagine).
     I am EXTREMELY ill at the moment, but I've stuck around to finish this.
Its is highly, highly unlikely that I will be well enough to come in tomorrow.
(But this is ok, since tomorrow will be after the release and we can breathe
again anyway... tho, breathing is abit diffucult at the moment   :-(
