How do I run GNOME programs?

First of all, GNOME programs can be run just like any other programs. You go to a command prompt, you type their name, and the program runs.

Secondly, you can run programs from the panel menu. Most GNOME programs (and some non-GNOME ones too) are installed on the Foot menu in the GNOME panel. Some programs of note on this menu; File Manager runs the GNOME version of Midnight Commander, Settings->Menu Editor will let you add or remove things from the Foot (or other menus), Settings->GNOME Control Center will get you the program to configure most of GNOME (and a few other things like Enlightenment), Games->Gnobots is a very addictive game.
