o  The subroutine LINE has been fixed.

o  Changing pen colors does not cause the buffer on the VT125 to be flus
   Programs that plot more than one color will run faster now.

o  Programs that plot on the VT125 now write to the standard output instead
   of /dev/tty (the terminal) by default.

o  File version numbers have been added to hardcopy files.

o  The VT125 subroutine now works on both VT125 and PRO 350 terminals.

o  There is a new device routine TERMINAL which will use your terminal if
   at all possible, otherwise it calls the hardcopy routine instead.

o  Two new routines, MOVE3 and DRAW3 have been added.  They do three-
   dimensional MOVEs and DRAWs (they are simply SPLOT (x, y, z, 0 or 1
   respectively)).

o  The GRID3 subroutine has been fixed.

o  There is a new device routine VS100 for plotting on the Digital VS100s.

o  The QPICTR routine, original written at the Joint Computer Facility, has
   been ported to Unix.  This subroutine is used to generate plots of arrays
   data in a single subroutine call.
