revb... is actually not an "mss" file but a screen readable "lpt" file.
Linda Merims thought that it was version a, but it contains no references
vt100s (the change from a to b was the addition of vt100 discussion), so
i'm calling it "b".  it probably doesn't matter.

Linda wrote workstation.mss to supplement revision b and this information
was incorporated into revision c; it's sort a "b and a half."
