The h19pc is setup by pressing F10 to get into 
Set-up mode.  The terminal should be set-up as
follows:
  f  (full duplex)
  b  (black background)
  r  (wrap around mode)
  1  (port #1 enabled)
  <- (backarrow=delete)  
  baud rate:  port 1=9600   port 2=9600

@b(A PC using h19pc emulator can be Reset by
rebooting as follows:)
1. Turn off PC.  Turn it on.  (memory check and 
   prompt to hit key)

or alternately,
 
1. Reset port by the sequence:  F10 d 7 F10
2. Hit ^D to get login server prompt

or alternately,

1. Type: F10 c F10 q (you will get the DOS prompt 
         C>)
2. Type: autoexec (if it doesn't do it for you)
3. Reset port using: F10 d 7 F10 if necessary

If none of this works, the line may be bad.
