The files emacs.more.mss, intro.mss, and buffer.mss have all been modified
to remove references to ctrl-shift-left, which doesn't work.  If you scribe
emacs.more.paper.mss, there will be no references to it, but there will
not be a nifty note on the cover of the document.

The files wholedoc.mss and wholedoc.paper.mss are compilations of 
emacs.more.mss, intro.mss, emacs.mss, buffer.mss, find.mss, writers.mss,
compile.mss, kill.mss, custom.mss, abbrev.mss and help.mss  with a slight
modification of the header so that each chapter does not start on a newpage.
The file wholedoc.PS was out in /mit/athenadoc as emacs.more.PS .
