Linux Athena Tasks

Contact information: amb@mit.edu

The columns UPrio and IPrio are the Urgency and Importance priority. The column Ease is a guestimate of the relative difficulty of the effort. The numbers are somewhat arbitrary, but try to capture the importance of the items in the table relative to all the others. 1 is the highest. 10 is the lowest. Multiplying IPrio by Ease gives a number that tells how soon to work on the task. Two tasks of equal priority product: work on the more urgent one. All these priorites are reflected in the column "Number" which names the combined relative priority.

Number = IPrio * Ease + (Uprio / 10)
