This program is still under development and is undergoing change fairly
rapidly.  The code here works, but is being cleaned and optimized.  For

cmon is the server that polls all the machines and receives traps when
people log in and out.  cviewd is the daemon that gives people information
when they run the cview or xcluster clients.  cviewd should be invoked out
of inetd, and cmon should be run out of rc.
