To get a degree symbol in Scribe, you have to use the math library (it's where
the symbol is defined).  To use the math library, put the following command at
the top of your .mss file:

	@LibraryFile(Mathematics12)

Then, throughout the rest of your file, use the command '@Degr' wherever you
want a degree sign.
