In order to print from EZ, you must first go to the "File" menucard (by pressing your middle mouse button in the EZ window) and choose the "Printer Setup" menu option. This will give you a small card which has a space to fill in the name of the printer you want to use. Just type in the printer name (such as W20-east-1, or bias). Then click on "Done". To print your file, select the "Print" menu option. Next, go to your athena% prompt and type lpq -Pprintername where "printername" is the name of the printer you chose in the Printer Setup option. That will give you the status of that printer, and of your file on that printer. If the "lpq" command doesn't respond after about 90 seconds, it means that something is wrong with the printer. Use C-C (that is, the control key and the letter C at the same time) to get back to your athena% prompt. You should then use the Printer Setup option to choose a different printer, and print again. If the printer is working correctly, but your file doesn't show up, or doesn't print correctly, then enter olc and ask us for help; it means that something is probably wrong. If you would like to print your document WITHOUT the header, please refer to the appropriate answer under PRINTING. You can also use the "ezprint" command. For more information, please type: man ezprint
